We stayed here 5 nights and had lovely experience, would definitely recommend it. The rooms were good, really enjoyed this quiet apartment.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay in Puerto de Mogan. The staff at Edificio Playa was immensely pleasant and assisted us with everything. We truly enjoyed its marvelous location, near to everything. We were only a 5-minute walk away from Gelatomania, which serves delicious coffee and treats.

Booked this quiet apartment for me and my mum, everything was spotless. Super and unbeatable location with everything at the door, it was not far from charming Puerto de Mogan as well as bus station and bus. Overall experience was fairly nice...

Good price and met required needs. Quiet apartment with a nice view of the beach. Marvellous and brilliant location not too far from Puerto de Mogan Parking. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Amiable and welcoming staff. Smooth check-in. Nicely furnished rooms and clean bathroom.

The apartment was in a great location, just beside the beach. There were plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, making it convenient to find everything we needed. The apartment itself was fantastic - it had excellent facilities and was very clean. The staff, especially Paco, were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. They even organized our airport transfers and kept our luggage secure after check-out. We also loved the spaciousness of the apartment and the balcony that faced the road, perfect for people-watching.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved. The towels and blankets seemed a bit worn out, and the sun beds' mattresses were not very comfortable.

The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the bus station. the apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the terrace offers a great view of either the sea or the town, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink. the staff is friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay.

One drawback is that the living room lacks proper lighting for reading, and the water temperature may not be hot enough for dishes or showers.

I loved how conveniently located the property was, with restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store nearby. The furnished terrace was a nice touch for enjoying the views. Gran Canaria Airport was a pleasant 50 km away, making the journey delightful.

Oh, how I adored the challenge of finding the nearest airport, Maspalomas Beach, and the property itself! Such an exhilarating game of hide and seek.

We loved our stay at this apartment! the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. the apartment was spacious and well-furnished, with a balcony that had great views of the street and mountain. the cleaning service was a nice touch, and we appreciated being able to use the self-service washing machine. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. a wonderful experience!

That there was some street noise from the busy road. However, once we closed the windows, it was quiet inside the apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! the location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sun-soaked balcony with all the necessary amenities. the hot water and water pressure were excellent, and there were plenty of clothes hangers for our convenience. the kitchen was well equipped, and the maid, Monica, was helpful and kind. We highly recommend Edificio Playa for a wonderful vacation experience. Cons: There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about our stay! 😊.

We had a fantastic Christmas holiday at a well-located apartment just minutes from the beach. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a fabulous balcony where we enjoyed the amazing weather. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the communication before and during the holiday was great. We also loved the fact that there were lots of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a dive shop close by.

While there were many positive aspects, there were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. The sheets were a little thin for our liking, but the extra blankets provided solved the problem.

From the moment I walked into the elegant foyer, I knew it was going to be a great experience. the apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed, including three air conditioning units, one for each bedroom and one for the living area. the double glazing really did its job in reducing nighttime street noise. I appreciated having internet access and being able to watch YouTube on the TV. the location was perfect, with a supermarket, beach, and restaurants just a short distance away. the apartment also had a nice terrace, and there were many shops nearby. the beach was beautiful and there was even a harbor where I could see dolphins on some trips.

We got great value for our money at Edificio Playa. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with a huge terrace and a view of the sea. The location was perfect, right by the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff, especially Paco, were so helpful and friendly, organizing our transfers and holding our luggage after checkout. Highly recommended!

One small improvement for breakfast would be to have a better selection of kitchen supplies, like olive oil, a good cutting knife, and quality pans.
